Fluidmapper

How it works

From geometry to measured flow intelligence in days. Measured physics first. AI extends the measurement. This is not CFD.

4-step measurement process: Upload geometry, Prepare tracers, Measure flow, AI reconstruction
01
Upload geometry

Provide CAD + operating conditions. We scope the campaign and confirm configurations to test.

02
Prepare tracer

Density-matched radioactive tracer follows the flow. Tracer activation performed under safety protocols.

03
Measure flow

NaI detectors track 3D tracer trajectories in real time under your operating conditions.

04
AI reconstruction

Reconstruct full volumetric velocity + turbulence fields from measured data. Deliver datasets + analytics.

Transparent vessel with NaI detector array for radioactive particle tracking
Typical timeline
  1. Day 0-1:Technical assessment + scope confirmation
  2. Day 1-2:Calibration/validation (geometry-dependent)
  3. Day 2-4:Run configurations + acquisition
  4. Day 4-5:Reconstruction + delivery of datasets
What we need from you
  • CAD geometry + key dimensions
  • Fluid properties (density/viscosity, phases if multiphase)
  • Operating conditions (RPM, flow rates, etc.)
  • Configurations to screen (impellers/baffles/spacing)
